Required Documents
- An Intent-to-Submit form must be submitted to competition organizers by September 13, 2010.
- A Final Submission form must be submitted online by October 15, 2010. The final page of the submission form must be printed and sent with each set of luminaires entered in the competition (November 1, 2010). Any proprietary information should be marked as such. Entries arriving without a completed submission form will not be considered.
- The following documentation must be submitted online no later than October 15, 2010 for each entry:
- Luminaire photometric reports conducted according to LM-79-08 from an independent testing lab.
- IES LM-63-03 formatted test report following IES LM-79-08 (.ies format) and PDF of testing report provided by independent lab.
- Integrating sphere output report showing luminaire CRI, CCT, and spectral power distribution (PDF report provided by testing lab).
- Color consistency specification statement.
- Full published LED data sheet.
- Luminaire depreciation test data or LM-80 data from chip manufacturer.
- Product photo or schematic showing temperature measurement point (TMP).
- Other documentation substantiating life claims as deemed appropriate by the entrant will also be accepted.
- Driver specification sheets.
- Dimming interface specification sheet (dimming entries) could be included in luminaire spec sheet.
- Installation/serviceability instruction sheet.
- Product warranty statement.
- End-of-life policy statement.
- Product photos (maximum of 3 files not to exceed 750 KB each).
- Marketing materials (including specification sheets, marketing brochures etc.).
- Luminaire specification sheet.
