2012 Indoor Competition Winners

Next Generation Luminaires congratulates the winners of the 2012 Indoor Competition! Fifty-three commercial LED lighting products received awards for excellence, including three Best-in-Class winners. The innovative, energy-efficient luminaires that were selected demonstrated high lighting quality and consistency, glare control, serviceability, and value.

The judging panel selected the luminaires on the basis of color, appropriate illuminance, light distribution, glare control, appearance, serviceability, value, and energy efficiency. Dimming was considered separately as a "bonus" item since not all entries were intended to dim.

The judging session was conducted on March 1-2, 2012, and the awards event took place during LIGHTFAIR International 2012 on May 10, 2012.
