Required Documentation
New for 2012: All entries must first register products through the LED Lighting Facts program (www.lightingfacts.com). The LED Lighting Facts label is not required. All documentation required for LED Lighting Facts registration (including lumen maintenance documentation) is required. This stipulation is intended to streamline the process and eliminate duplicate documentation requirements across DOE programs. If you have issues or questions, feel free to contact the organizers at ngl@pnnl.gov.
All required documentation must be submitted electronically for each entry by October 1, 2012.

- IES LM-63-03 formatted test report following IES LM-79-08 (.ies format)
General information
Related document/product requirements:
- Product photos (Maximum of 3 files)
- Marketing materials (Maximum of 2 files)
- Electronic shipping label for return shipping
Installation Information
Related document requirements:
- Installation/serviceability instruction sheet as (provided to contractors)
- Mounting hardware photo for competition installers (if available)
