2010 Intent to Submit Form
Submission of this form indicates that you are planning to enter the Next Generation Luminaires 2010 Competition and would like an entry number assigned for your proposal materials. At this point, only the following information is required and submission of this form does not obligate you to enter the Competition.
Please submit performance data on the exact luminaire you plan to ship to the judging location. You will be allowed to provide product options in supporting documentation during the final submittal process.
A separate form must be submitted for EACH entry. To maintain independence, judges will only see entry numbers when evaluating submissions. The number assigned to your proposed luminaire will be sent to you within 30 days of receipt of this form.
Please complete and submit this form no later than September 13, 2010.
